Our practice has signed up to be a Medicare Bulk Billing Practice from 01st of November 2025. This means we will bulk bill all Medicare-eligible patients for all eligible services under the program.

All GPs at the practice will bulk bill you for all eligible services at this practice.

Bulk billing means we accept the Medicare benefit as full payment for a service, and you don’t have to pay any gap fee. 

Eligible services

You will be bulk billed for eligible services under the program. These services include:

  • GP consultations
  • chronic condition management plans and reviews 
  • mental health treatment plans 
  • health assessments.

Some services won’t be bulked billed, so you may still have to pay a fee for these services. These services are not eligible under the program and include:

  • Procedures like skin excisions
  • Diagnostic services like ECG and pathology 
  • Allied health and other non-GP services.

Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 5:00pm
Saturday: CLOSED
Sundays & Public Holidays: CLOSED

APPOINTMENTS
If you require a longer appointment, please inform the reception so they could accommodate you at the time of booking.
If you required to get your paperwork done, please fill out the below form (HR/FO/RM/05) and bring it with you or email a day prior
to your appointment.

After Hours & Emergency Care

For all urgent emergencies after hours & whilst our Medical Centre is closed,

COMMUNICATION

Doctors & Nurses are available during normal surgery hours for emergency advice. Our Medical Staff are experienced in deciding the appropriate response to any phone request. Non-urgent phone messages will be returned at a time that is allocated for the Doctors to do so.

RECALL/REMINDERS

A computerised recall/reminder system is available and used for follow up of any medical conditions. If you do not wish to participate in this please inform your doctor. This surgery participates in State & National Registers.

It’s important that you make us aware if your contact details change, that way you will always receive these reminders/recalls.

TEST RESULTS

Our Doctors check results daily. Results will not be given out over the phone. Please make a follow up appointment at reception to discuss all results. RESULTS WILL NOT BE GIVEN OUT OVER THE PHONE OR BY EMAIL.

If you need to update your personal details please see an Administration team member or your doctor when you arrive for your appointment. This way we can always get in contact with you or your next of kin/emergency contact if necessary.

REFERRALS

Doctors in this practice are competent at handling common health problems. When necessary, you may be referred to a specialist for further investigations and opinions. You can discuss this openly with your doctor.

Please be aware that there may be out of pocket fees for your specialist.
